This IDC study provides an updated forecast for the U.S. smart home device market for the 2023–2027 period."Broadly speaking, the U.S. smart home device market is in a slump," says Adam Wright, research manager for IDC's Smart Home research program. "Although some vendors and device categories have performed better than expected, 2023 is proving to be a tough year for growth.
