Bloomreach Clarity: Taking Conversational Marketing and Commerce to the Next Level
This IDC Market Note discusses Bloomreach Clarity, an app for brands to build generative AI (GenAI) agents. Bloomreach recently announced a new conversational commerce capability called Clarity. Clarity is a solution for brands to create conversational shopping agents to assist customers through their ecommerce journeys across channels. Brands can also use Clarity GenAI to assist with rapid concept development for marketing campaigns and ads, content tagging, and product descriptions, all of which improve product discovery, selection, and satisfaction. However, there may be an even larger market opportunity at stake to create intent-based markets in which consumers use GenAI agents to programmatically control which products and services they are in market for at any given time and under what conditions.
